I appreciate the ease and convenience of updating my policy when needed and their great customer service. I also enjoy that when I ask a question to understand something or need clarification, then they give me the time needed to confirm that I understand the answer to my question (s). Definitely recommend Progressive for many reasons: the service, policy options, and best overall pricing compared to other companies for what I want or need.

I love that I can speak with a real live agent within a few minutes of all calling customer service! Huge plus to not have to be on hold or dealing with AI.
